The pool and BBQ area is amazing and the apartments have a nice view to the sea, it's a very peaceful location and nice to spend time around the pool, though a car is necessary to get in and out of the town

Perfect for families 😀 - We got home today after having 1 week, we are a family of 9, including 4 children the accommodation had everything we needed, it was peaceful and private and was perfect for us, the children loved having the pool to themselves and there is lots of Toys for the children to play on, it is out in the sticks a bit so would be better to hire transport as we did, which enabled us to visit various places and beaches, we ate at Santa margaritas tapas one evening which is ten mins from the villa and the food is lovely, we all said what a lovely place it was and we had a great family holiday. Also there is lots of golf courses some of our family played on 3 of them. On most of the beaches the sun beds and umberellas were 15 euros for 2 bed and a umberella, we also went to the aqua park however it isn’t a cheap activity as you pay for parking entrance and then sun beds, and the food is expensive but a good full day out. 😞 - We liked it all

Een fijn zwembad met een fijne buitenkeuken. Wij dachten het hele huis voor onszelf te hebben, maar op de begane grond woont de eigenaar. We hebben daar echter totaal geen last van gehad. Je hebt een auto nodig om naar de voorzieningen te komen.

Vi var 3 generasjoner med 4 barn 2-5 år. Perfekte leiligheter og eiendom, med veldig gode muligheter for barna til å leke og bade. Flott utekjøkken hvor vi tilbrakte hver kveld.Eiendommen ligger i et område under utvikling, og bil anbefales for å komme til butikker og restauranter. Vertskapet var hyggelig og behjelpelig, og svarte raskt ved henvendelser. Vi hadde en deilig uke!

Vi hadde fantastiske dager i huset til Pedro. Særlig gledet vi oss over uteområdet, med utekjøkken, oppvarmet basseng og leker til barna. Vi spiste alle måltider ute. Et ekstra pluss med to leiligheter som gav god fleksibilitet som to familier. Stedet var ryddig og rent og både Pedro og Anja var behjelpelige og gode. Vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Mycket trevligt och vackert hus. En fin trädgård med många olika fruktträd och kaktusar och plats för lek för stora och små. Grind till entrén så barnen kunde inte ta sig ut själva. Poolen var toppen, ca 5 x 10 meter.Uteköket var perfekt.Restaurangen Santa Margherita var enastående bra, god mat till lågt pris och trevlig personal. Hit villl vi igen, rekommenderas.

I travelled with my extended family totalling 9 of us ,4 adukts,3teens and 2 kids and the villa was perfect for us.the hosts were fantastic so friendly and helpful.the supermarket is a 20 min walk or €6 in a taxi,maspalomas is 15 mins in taxi costing €12-15the villa felt very much like home will beautiful huge gardens and outside spacethe villa it's self is split into 2 apartments each one with a double bed,2 single and a double sofa bed,kitchen and bathroom in each onethe views from the villa are stunning over to maspalomas dunes.wouldn't hesitate to return we miss it already

😀 - Spacious house with large garden. Excellent for families with small kids. You need a car since its 15 minutes from the beach by car
